By using the WRX portal offered by Willow River, you agree to these Terms of Use, which govern how we access and manage your billing and account data, handled by QuickBooks.
Purpose of Integration
This integration allows Willow River to securely connect to your QuickBooks Online account to retrieve and display invoice and accounting data directly within our platform. This helps streamline your financial workflows and improves your user experience.
Accessing Your QuickBooks Data
When you connect your QuickBooks account, you authorize Willow River to access specific financial information, including (but not limited to):
- Customer names and contact information
- Invoice data
- Payments and balances
We only access the data necessary to provide services through our platform. We do not make changes to your financial records unless explicitly permitted.
Security and Data Privacy
Your data security is extremely important to us. We use secure industry-standard OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with QuickBooks. Your access token is stored securely and is used solely for maintaining your connection.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your QuickBooks login credentials
- Ensuring your QuickBooks account has the appropriate permissions
- Reviewing and understanding how this integration will use your QuickBooks data
Revoking Access
You may revoke our access to your QuickBooks account at any time by disconnecting from within Willow River or through your QuickBooks account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance.
